A. Shipping (more details)

A1. How long does an order usually take to process for shipping?

      It depends on the stock availability of the items you ordered. Usually for an order containing only in stock items, they will be shipped within 1-2 days once the payment hit into our account.


A2. Where do you ship to?

      There should be a person to sign for your package at the delivery address you provide. Orders can be shipped to All over the world except Italy. Due to international shipping regulations, restrictions or embargo policies, MS eFashion Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter its allowable country list at any time.


A3. How much is shipping?

      The shipping estimator on the Shopping Cart page is mostly accurate. If we are unable to ship your order with the quoted amount, we will let you know after you have placed an order.


A4. Why would my order be shipped from Shanghai China?

       There are numerous advantages, the main ones are shipping and labour cost. We occasionally send retail quantity from our Australian location if they are available.

A5. Can I have my order ship to a P O Box?

      Yes. But international courier company such as Fedex or DHL or UPS can not be shipped to a post office box.


A6. How do I know when my order has been shipped?

      You’ll automatically be notified via email of the dispatch once your items are on their way.


A7. My order is urgent, please Hurry!

      We’ll do our best to process your orders ASAP. However, please allow a reasonable time frame for the order to be processed and delivered to you.

B. Ordering (more details)

B1. Is there a minimum order amount for wholesale?

      Our minimum order is AU$200.00 for the first time from new business customer, and there is no compulsory amount from our exist business customer. The items could be assorted styles, you may order even one piece per style.


B2. I do not have a business, may I order?

      Yes. Even though most of our customers are purchasing for their company, we welcome everyone regardless of background. But please simply introduce your business information as our clerk will activate your business account then.


B3. Do you have a phone number?

      We do but not for customer service purposes. Our customers are all over the world in different time zones. We have no plan to implement 24/7 phone support and pass its expense onto you. We would like to keep our focus on the online atmosphere. We are much easier to reach by email, and we answer messages every day. Not only we can keep a log of communication with you, we can also address your matter more accurately.

B4. I have just placed an order (and did not select the "pay now" option), how do I pay?

      After you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. We will check your order manually to make sure everything is okay. We will then send you the taxable invoice with payment instructions to your email.


B5. Can I change or cancel my order?

      Yes if you need to do so. But please contact us first as we can arrange the items according to your requirement. If you’d like to cancel the order for some reasons, please let us know at your convenience as we can resolve the problem together. Please place the order serious. Otherwise, it waste your time as well.


B6. Which currency do you accept?

      Through PayPal, we accept United States dollar (USD), Canadian dollar (CAD), Eurodollar (EUR), Australian dollar (AUD), British Pound (GBP), and others. We use AUD as our main currency. Other currencies will be adjusted daily according to the current exchange rate with AUD. Typically, US residents will be asked to submit AUD while Canadians will be asked to submit CAD, etc. You may specify the perferred currency during order check-out. For wired transfer, we accept USD and Australian Dollar only.


B7. I can’t place the online order successfully. How can I do?

      This website best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or better. You may get some problems if you use other browser such as Netscape; Firefox and etc. If you just have Firefox or other browser, you can email us the items' code and the quantity you'd like to order via email. Or, just copy the check out page at the check out stage. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us anytime.


B8. I can’t place the order successfully as the system come always with messages: The Phone number or the Zip Code. How can I do?

      Our system does not recognize letter and any punctuation such as +,-,> etc. as Zip code and Telephone at the check out stage. So, please don’t put city or state at Zip code area, and don’t put + at phone number area. If you are from Canada, UK or any other area, where include letter in Zip code, please just type any 6 digital number as the Zip code first to complete the online order, and we’ll send the parcel to your register postal address or Paypal address after that, and we’ll confirm your address again before shipping.


B9. I don't finish the transaction, does the stay the products in the shopping cart?

      No. Please note that the shopping cart does not have memory function. So, if you are interested in our stylish items, you can place the order directly, and we’ll revise your order after that if you need to change some items. Or, you can add them to your wish list first, and place the order later.

C. Products

C1. Do you have a print catalogue?

      No. Since we update and add new products frequently, the items that we offer are all listed on our online catalogue.


C2. Can you supply free samples?

       No. But you can buy samples if you need it as we have many sample request everyday. It’s very hard to supply free sample to our customers. Sorry about that. However, sample cost could be deducted if you place the customized order successfully.


C3. What is the package of the jewelry?

      For wholesale customer, all factory packages come with the jewelry, which is one OPP bags with one paper card. For retail customer, a gift pouch or a beautiful gift box will come with the jewelry according to different items.

C4. Is the product in stock?

       Normally, all of the items in our website are available. However, since we have thousands of customers all over the world and we need to process many orders everyday, we have very fast stock turnover. Some of the items may out of stock sometimes. If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.

C5 Will the item change colour?

      Most of our items are in triple gold or white gold plate, it will not change the colour in 2-3 years if you protect the item very will. However, with all metals gold and silver are prone to a little tarnishing with time also perfume and acid in a persons skin may increase chance of tarnishing. But you can use our anti-tarnished cloth to keep the jewelry clean as this will keep it looking shinning and new.
